Un grand merci à Florian et Nicolas, le logement était super, au calme et à 30' de très beaux endroits (Théoule, Cannes, ...) Un tarif très abordable qui vous assurera un excellent week-end Seul hic, la maison est mitoyenne et l'isolation avec l'autre maison pas génial. A 23h, alors qu'on ne faisait que jouer à un jeu de société, la voisine est venu nous dire gentiment d'arrêter. Pour le reste c'était top !

This was a rare find as described! The charming property is in a beautiful peaceful location. The house is very well presented and fully equipped with all essentials. The olive trees surrounding the pool meant we could enjoy sun and shade all day. As a family of five, two adults and three teenagers, we all loved our stay there, and had plenty of space between the main house and outbuilding which the kids loved! We visited towns and villages nearby - Auribeau-sur-Siagne, Mougins, Grasse, Fayence (great market there) and Cannes - all a relatively short drive away, and a pleasure to return to the peace and tranquillity of the house. A car is essential to enjoy the stay here. There is a great boulangerie nearby and plenty of supermarkets around, and even on a Sunday when many are closed you will find one open! Florian and Nicolas were very helpful hosts and responded instantly to any queries we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - thank you again Florian and Nicolas

Florian & Nicolas were very responsive and helpful. The House is tasteful, simple and thoughtfully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. We only used the main house but the smaller cottage is also lovely and the property would be great for two small families. The pool is small but perfect - especially if you have young kids as you are able to watch from the kitchen/living area. There are other houses close by but the area is very quite and the house and pool area are private; we certainly did not feel overlooked. The house is well-located - close to Grasse, Mougins etc and a good place to base yourself. Wifi very reliable which is helpful as we had to work a little during our stay. Thanks Florian and Nicolas - we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Un havre de paix que cette joli villa au jardin verdoyant et arboré. Dès la porte franchie on s'y sent comme chez soi. Décorée avec gout la maison est fonctionnelle et conforme à la description faite. La piscine , le jardin sous le soleil de la côte d'azur nous a permis farniente et vie de famille en toute sérénité. Florian et Nicolas ont été constamment à notre écoute. Mes demandes, un peu particulières, ont été satisfaites et je les en remercie très sincèrement. Leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance ont fait de ce séjour une parenthèse très agréable.

We loved the house, the house and garden with pool are even more beautiful then on the pictures. The pool house or gardenhouse with two bedrooms are wonderful. We visited with our grandparents and they lived there own space. We are already planning our next visit to this house.

Such a vibe! The house is amazing and super clean. House with a lot of facilities as dishes, pots, washing machine etc. There is everything you need for everyday normal life. Good backery and shop 5 min (by car) near the house. Perfect for spend a time with friends or family. Excellent Wi-Fi. Me and my friends were working remotely and internet connection was perfect (also by the pool area 😂). Nicolas is a fantastic host. Thank you for our stay. It was wonderful time! ❤️
