    Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. L'appartement est dans un quartier calme tout en étant très proche du centre à pied. Très bonne literie et salle de bain toute neuve. La terrasse est très belle et bien équipée (avec entre autres les stores motorisés). Communication efficace et agréable avec Florian & Nicolas.

    I 100000% when staying in Cannes. It was a nice walk to the center of town. It was peaceful and not in the center of action which was great when it was time to wind down. It was worth every penny! I will definitely book again the next time I’m in Cannes.

    L'appartement loué est très agréable à vivre; il est spacieux, la terrasse est aussi très agréable et la vue est incroyable sur la mer et l'esterel . il est bien équipé, et les prestations sont d'un bon niveau. son emplacement est également idéal, face mer en direct, peu de circulation au pied, et l'accès direct et rapide à la croisette, au marché et aux commerces . les hotes sont également réactifs. Un séjour de 10 jours dans de très bonnes conditions, que nous referons avec plaisir.

    L appartement est dans mon quartier préféré de Cannes , tout est accessible à pied et la vue est magnifique ! L appartement est lumineux , les lits sont bons et la salle de bain est moderne et très propre . Le linge de lits et les serviettes sont très propres également . Le logement est au dernier étage donc pas de voisins bruyants au dessus ! Nous avons passé d excellentes petites vacances et nous reviendrons c est une certitude

    Gorgeous view, large terrace and peaceful. Very close to the beach and to the old town. While computable the furnishings could be updated, especially the leather lounge chairs. Nicholas and Florian are extremely responsive hosts. This was our second stay.

    We were quite overwhelmed by the view when we first entered the apartment, the feeling didn't fade during our stay the facilities were great. We loved the large balcony with comfortable sun loungers. The super king size bed was very comfortable too. Access to the beach out the back door car park was also very useful. We had a fantastic stay and certainly looking to go back and use the apartment again.

    It was a really nice apartment with a fantastic view. Check-in was quick and professional. And it was great that you could walk directly to the beach through the garage at the bottom of the building. We were very satisfied. The only small thing I want to mention is that the apartment is on the 7th floor and the balcony is without a roof, which means that constantly there are large seagulls flying close over your head when you are on the balcony. Most people probably don't care, but I didn't like it that much. The seagulls also leave their excrement on the balcony. And you have to take care of your food when you are eating there because the seagulls are hungry and fly very close to you when they see food.

    I spent a week in this lovely flat to recuperate after a long illness. It was perfect, outstanding balcony with beach view, easily accessible by lift. Great local restaurants a short walk away as well as the old town, markets and the main town & station. There are several bus stops within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment is very well equipped, including chairs etc for the beach which is 5 minutes away. The bedroom is very comfortable, the shutters efficient and the kitchen has all facilities needed, I would recommend this for up to 4 people without hesitation.

    Eine tolle Wohnung, perfekt ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut zu erreichen und direkt am Strand in Cannes direkt über den Restaurants, leider nicht so gut für der Bauch 😊 Insgesamt eine Traumhaft gelegene Wohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Angefangen von einer Garage im Keller, der kurze Weg zum Strand und die traumhafte Aussicht aus der Terrasse. Die Ankunft wurde von Florian sehr leicht gemacht und alles sehr gut erklärt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Für uns total schön und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe vue, belle terrasse plein sud. Bonne literie. Résidence paisible. Équipement complet, comme chez soi. Le garage en sous-sol est un grand plus. Immeuble idéalement situé, il y a tout à proximité. Séjour très satisfaisant.
