   Although a wet wintry short break, the apartment was just what we needed. Close to town and yet peaceful. Equipped with everything we needed. If it had been warm and sunny we could have used the balcony which looked great, overlooking a small park.

   My friend and I chose this place very last minute and all of our expectations were exceeded! The pool is huge and has a beautiful backdrop (which the photos don’t do justice to!), the apartment is very private and not overlooked, the kitchen has every appliance you could need and there’s even a laminated book full of local recommendations for food / sights / day trips etc. One thing to note is it is located on a hill but it’s less than a 15 minute walk into the centre of Cannes and also really close to a massive supermarket (with an inbuilt bakery, fishmongery and cheesmonger). Highly recommend and would stay again.

   Great place for 2. 15 minute walk downhill into Cannes. Lovely little apartment, well equipped and very modern. Our stay in September was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect. The gardens were beautiful to look at, and although we didn't use the pool, it looked lovely. The train station is a 15 minute walk which is great if you are travelling to places like Nice or Monaco. We got off at Nice St Augustin for Terminal 1 at Nice Airport. Recommend a stay here and would definitely book again.

   Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le logement est conforme à la présentation sur le site. Il est confortable et rien ne manquait. Nous avons pu trouver une place pour notre voiture à proximité de l'appartement. Nous avions une très jolie vue sur le parc depuis la terrasse et La Croisette est à 15mn à pied. Je conseille très vivement cet appartement.

    A great location to explore Cannes and Provence From booking to arrival everything went smoothly with clear instructions. In addition the local knowledge was excellent allowing us to plan our stay before we arrived. The pool was a bonus and allowed my wife to swim each morning The apartment was well presented and ideal for a couple. All the essentials were there, especially a cork screw lol Great balcony to have breakfast with a good view and very quiet A short walk to local shops and a few minutes further and you were in the centre and beaches Any questions we had were answered quickly with great suggestions Overall an excellent apartment and location and would recommend

    Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, mit Blick in einen schön angelegten Garten. Das Zentrum von Cannes und die Croisette sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Florian und Nicolas war unkompliziert und sehr hilfreich. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung gut geeignet, für 4 Personen etwas beengt.

    Super petit appartement ! Très fonctionnel, lumineux et une très belle terrasse, avec vue sur un parc. Résidence très calme, loin du bruit de la ville. A un quart d heure- 20 minutes à pied de la croisette. Nous y avons passé un super séjour !
