   C'est la 2ème année que nous louons que cet appartement. Le cadre est magnifique(vue mer de l'une des terrasses). Le jardin est agréable. La piscine est vraiment un plus avec des enfants. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Merci à l'agence pour sa réactivité et sa bienveillance. Nous recommandons cet appartement

   Pros: The location is amazinggg!! A very quite street next to the beach and only few minutes to the center. Everything is close by. The apartment is clean and very nice. The view is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped. Cons: the pool was smaller than expected:( it was so nice was small. Good for 3 people only. The Ac was not the best. Its functioning but not the best. Overall i do recommend, and ill book again whenever im back.

    Die Wohnung ist extrem großzügig und sehr ruhig gelegen mit Meerblick aus mehreren Fenstern und Garten. 70 Schritte bis zum Meer mit steinigem Strand (gut zum Schnorcheln). Neben dem Haus ist Bushaltestelle "La Source". Schöner Garten und kindersicherer Poolbereich. Klimaanlage und überall Außenjalousien sind toll. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Küche und Bäder sind jedoch etwas abgewohnt. Besteck schon etwas verrostet. Es gibt 2 TV mit französischen Sendern. Neben dem Haus ist die Zugstrecke. Die Geräusche haben nicht gestört. Im Haus mit 6 Etagen war es auch extrem ruhig. Der eingzäunte Parkplatz ist geräumig. Zum Supermarkt, Restaurants und Sandstrand läuft man ca. 10 min. Gastgeber ist sehr nett und spricht gut Englisch. Insgesamt merkt man viel Mühe (überall Seife, Duschgel, Shampoo, Kaffeekapseln, kleine Küchlein, Handtücher etc.), aber an manchen Stellen ist die Wohnung schon in die Jahre gekommen (Türen quietschen, bröckelnde Fugen, ...)

    Vi var 4 voksne og et barn på 7 år. Vi havde en fantastisk dejlig uges ferie. Skøn swimmingpool og tæt på stranden. Lejligheden havde det vi havde brug for. Veludstyret køkken. Let rodet :-) Velfungerende aircondition. Nogen støj fra nærliggende jernbane. Men et dejligt sted

    This place was INCREDIBLE. It was clean, well stocked, & had a nice pool. Communication with the host felt a bit abrasive at times because they kept asking me about check-in but it ended up being self check-in. Also they contacted me a few times the day before check out to ask me when they could send their cleaning crew. I left, (& was always planning to leave) at the decided upon check out time as stated in the listing so I’m not sure why I was receiving multiple messages with exclamation marks in them when I was reconnected to wifi when I returned from the beach. It came off a bit aggressive & left me a little confused, but that’s no reflection of the actual accommodations that were exceptional. Also, to the hosts credit, their self check in instructions were very clear & straightforward

    A fantastic apartment, and what a garden! The interior was lovely and had everything we needed including a Nespreso - lovely to sit in the garden with a coffee and watch the sea. The garden is FANTASTIC. Having our own space to chill out, or have a dip in the pool, was a real luxury. The location is about 20-30mins walk to the main section of the Croissette, making it really convenient but also great to be slightly away from the Cannes Lions parties when you're ready to head home. Would definitely recommend this apartment for your next stay in Cannes.

    Appartement en sortie de Cannes parfait pour la tranquillité La plage a une enjambée avec pleins de cailloux pour du PMT L’appartement est très bien équipé !!! Le jacuzzi était un petit plus que nous avons vraiment apprécié avec le jardin et la terrasse vue sur mer Bref parfait !

    An overall great stay! We were very happy with the size of the rooms and that each room had shutters so no light could get in- (great when travelling with kids). We appreciated how quickly they responded to our messages when we had questions or concerns. Location- ideal for us as we didn't want to be in a busy area but note that it is 30-35 mins walk away from the croisette touristy area. It has an amazing bakery (californie) close by and Palm Beach is right around the corner. The pool is perfect and they even have a few floaties. We left beach toys for kids for the next visitors. The only issue we had was ants in the solarium. They had prepared the room the best they can. There are sprays and vacuum to help with the situation but you need to be sure to clean up after every meal and dont leave any food out. All in all an amazing place. highly recommend.
