   L'appartement est totalement conforme à l'annonce et la communication avec le gérant de l'immobilier est excellente. L'appartement est idéalement situé, au coeur de Cannes qui est toujours en mouvement. C'est peut-être là le seul point dérangeant, les chambres donnent sur la rue qui reste bruyante fort tard. Tout à fait compréhensible vu sa situation. Malgré cela, c'est à conseiller !!!

    Wonderful stay in the heart of Cannes. Amazing space in 2 bedrooms and living area and modern amenities. 5 mins to Palais de Festival conference centre which was incredibly convenient. Lovely little balconies overlooking the rooftops, street and you can spot the port as well. Management team always responsive and helpful. Will be back!

    We have just completed our stay at this apartment, and we had a wonderful time. Everything is very close and convenient, the marina is two minutes away and the beach is less than 5. Many restaurants in the area, though be prepared to spend a decent amount at most of them. The apartment was also very close to the train station, which was useful for arriving/departing as well as day trips to Monaco and Antibes. Would definitely recommend.

    Merci à Florian et Nicolas pour ce séjour à Cannes cet appartement au bord de la croisette est situé idéalement, tout est à proximité, magasins, restaurants, etc.. Le parking Ferrage à sa sortie piétonne à 10 mètres de l'entrée de l'appartement nous recommandons vivement ce logement, propre, fonctionnel et très bien équipé.

    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est super bien situé proche de la mer et des commerces . Il est propre et bien équipé. Nous avons diner un soir au restaurent grecque qui est juste à côté , la patronne est d'une gentillesse et on y mange très bien .. Si nous avons l'opportunité de revenir à Cannes , c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons chez Florian et Nicolas .

    Great location, great communication, beautiful view. Florian and Nicolas were very helpful during our stay. We can hear the people from other flats and in the stair case quite a lot (was during MIPCOM event) , it was not an issue for us but worth mentioning for light sleepers. We recommend this lovely place and will be back.

Petit souci d'ouverture de porte et prise salle de bain qui fait sauter les plombs quand on branche un sèche cheveux Petits problèmes d'infiltration dans le plafond à certains endroits Mais super literie, logement propre et bien équipé et beaucoup de choses étaient à disposition en arrivant (donc très pratique) le logement est clair, vue super sympa du balcon box à dispo et fonctionne parfaitement Séjour pro très agréable et à 2 mins à pieds de tout (hyper central)

    Très bon séjour car l’appartement est idéalement situé. Le marché de fort ville avec tous ses délices, la boutique fragonard, de très bons poissonniers, boulangers, traiteurs. Le quartier du suquet, la plage à 2 pas. Nicolas et Florian sont hyper réactifs. Ne surtout pas louper le restaurant grec au bas de l’appart c’est une tuerie.😋😍
