L’alloggio è esattamente come descritto e recensito. Posizione ottima, pulizia, reattività tempestiva host (durante un temporale è entrata acqua dai serramenti e sono intervenuti nell’immediato). Unico difetto, non per noi ma magari per chi ha difficoltà, l’alloggio è al quarto piano senza ascensore. In sintesi comunque tra pulizia, comfort, posizione, vista, servizio e prezzo consigliamo vivamente l’alloggio nel quale, dovessimo tornare a Cannes, alloggeremmo di nuovo con molto piacere. Grazie a Florian & Nicolas.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans cet appartement idéalement placé. Il était d’une propreté impeccable. On peut rapidement accéder aux restaurants et autres. Le seul regret est l’insonorisation avec l’extérieur qui est très limitée. Sinon c’était super!

excellente expérience, vue incroyable, logement spacieux et bien équipé, hôtes flexibles et accomodants sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. léger bémol sur la douchette et certains aspects vieillissants mais rien qui ne puisse gâcher un séjour (et encore cette vue 😍)

My family and I had a great time staying at Florian and Nicola’s place. It’s in the center of Cannes and we were able to walk everywhere! The view is worth the 4 flights of stairs! It’s stunning!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay on this perfectly located flat. As other have said, sits on 4th floor overlooking the beautiful old town Cannes with view of harbour, not a burden at all. Close to everything you really could want, restaurants, amazing shops, food market and plenty of beach options nearby. The hosts were always responsive and the key pick up was easy done . The accommodation was perfectly suited to our needs with no issues at all, beds were comfortable too :) All kitchen utilities were provided and we loved eating in as well as eating out. We would definitely recommend and would all look to return again. Thank you both for a lovely family holiday .

Super emplacement (on a tout fait à pied), super communication, appartement conforme aux photos. 4eme étage sans ascenseur mais on l'a fait avec 2 enfant/bébé (5 mois et 3 ans) donc n'y voyez pas un problème ! Le salon est très vide, il manque peut etre un 2eme canapé. A part ça, très bon séjour !

Positive: Lage außergewöhnlich und mitten im Geschehen, wunderbar! Charmantes Apartment mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Negative: die vielen Stufen nach oben, insgesamt 83 Stufen, eher schlechte Ausleuchtung des gemeinsamen Treppenhauses

Perfekte Lage, Hafen direkt vor dem Wohnzimmer, viele, leckere Restaurants in der Nähe, zum Fuß zu Strand in 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, klimatisiert, wir haben ein sehr angenehmes Aufenthalt gehabt, jederzeit wieder.

Un emplacement idéal, une vue de rêve, un appartement très bien agencé, joliment décoré et très fonctionnel, il ne manque rien. Il faut seulement monter 4 étages pour profiter de ce petit paradis et accepter les bruits de la vie nocturne des restaurants, dont on peut aussi apprécier la proximité…

très bel appartement climatisé avec tout ce qu il faut. Très bien situé avec bars et restaurent à proximité, à 2min du port et 4min du palais du festival. je recommande vivement! ça vaut le coup de monter 4 étages à pied car tout est à proximité et bien desservi par les bus
