    Clean and convenient studio. I stayed for a conference in Cannes and it was a great location. Very close to the Cannes train station, the restaurants along Rue Hoche and easy walk to the Palais for the conference. Florian was very responsive and check in and check out process were very easy. I would stay again.

    Florian and Nicolas's were fantastic at answering all the questions I had, they took my reservation at the last minute due to a cancellation I received. The apartment although small was perfect and had great facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. It is in an easy location and very easy to find - with many restaurants only 30 sec from the door. It was quite and overall very good.

    Le airbnb était très propre en arrivant, nous avons pas galérer à trouver l’emplacement de l’appartement. Nous sommes bel et bien à 3 min de la croisette, ainsi que des restaurants, ce qui est super quand nous sommes à pied. Communication très fluide en cas de besoin. Je recommande !

    Do not stay here if you are solo traveling. I felt incredibly unsafe the entire stay. I asked the hosts how to lock the door from the inside because I felt unsafe, no response. There is a bathroom at the end of the hall which is communal and used very loudly&frequently by the neighbor. The neighbor leaves their door open all day long and at one point was standing completely naked in their doorway and did not make any effort to cover up. This left me feeling very uncomfortable, especially since I could not lock my door and I was alone. The sheets and pillow covers were very obviously not changed as well. There were hairs all over the covers. The apartment itself is also extremely small. Also, the entrance to the apartment complex does not lock occasionally, and there would be groups of men outside watching me go in and out of the building, and I feared being followed inside every time I entered. The other reviews seem extremely fake, please trust me and do not stay here.

    I ran out of the scary place as I came in. I preferred to pay the same amount in a hotel to feel safe rather than stay up all night in a tiny scary place, with scary neighbors next doors and homeless people outside. Terrible experience.

    La localisation est très bien et la place est propre. Le condo est petit, mais très fonctionnelle et des parasols et parapluies sont à votre disposition ce qui est très bien. Cependant, la toilette au fond du couloir qui est utilisée par la voisine est un peu étrange. Sinon c’était bien surtout pour la localisation autant près de la gare que de la plage!

    Logement idéalement situé entre la gare (2 min) et le Palais des Festivals (5 min), dans une rue piétonne commerçante, animée en journée mais calme le soir. Magasins, restaurants…. Au pied de l’immeuble. Le canapé lit est très confortable et Florian et Nicolas très réactifs ( ils répondent vite à vos questions, même tard le soir 😊).

    Nette Unterkunft, netter Kontakt! Alles sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Lage, direkt dort, wo das Leben tobt und dennoch sehr ruhig, weil zum Hinterhof raus. Einziger Manko: auf der Etage ist am Ende des Flurs eine Toilette, wo die Tür oft offen steht und die anscheinend von Nachbarn benutzt wird? (Man selbst hat aber natürlich im Apartment eine eigene Toilette) Alles in allem weiter zu empfehlen!
