    Le ragazze sul posto sono molto gentili.L’appartamento è però infestato di scarafaggi,come l’intero palazzo.Abbiamo chiesto aiuto all’agenzia che inviava un tecnico. Che non risolveva.Prometteva un altro intervento,che avveniva SOLO DOPO NOSTRO SOLLECITO. La casa era invivibile,scarafaggi ovunque.Chiedevamo all’agenzia di indennizzare o spostare la mia famiglia.Rispondevano di andarcene o trovarci AUTONOMAMENTE un’altra casa.Mi assicuravano il RIMBORSO DI TUTTE LE NOTTI NON FRUITE,insistevano perché cancellassi la prenotazione da Airbnb.Mi fidavo di questi soggetti.Lasciata la casa,rimborsavano una notte di meno e Airbnb mi segnalava che non poteva intervenire perché avevo cancellato la prenotazione.Questo denota la SCARSISSIMA PROFESSIONALITÀ dell’agenzia, che visto il nostro ritardo nel rilascio della casa (effettuato in piena emergenza),decideva di trattenere una notte in più seppur non usata. Tutto è stato documentato(con foto/video) e inviato ad Airbnb che prenderà provvedimenti.

    Es war alles wie angegeben, schön war dass ein starter Set Kaffee und hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung als Begrüßung bereit lagen. Leider war das Parken für uns ein großes Problem, da wir mit Dachbox in keines der Parkhäuser fahren konnten. Es wäre schön, wenn in der Beschreibung angegeben wäre wo man parken kann und wie die Gegebenheiten dort sind. Mit einem großen Auto hat man dann kaum eine Chance. Ansonsten alles perfekt. Vielen Dank!
