My friends and I had a fabulous stay at the Villa this August. The location was perfect for us- nice and quiet surroundings but a short walk to the beach and town centre. The villa itself is very modern and spacious with amazing views from the patio and bedrooms. Nicholas and Florian were great hosts, very communicative and helpful, offering us an early check in and helping to carry our bags up the garden stairs, which was greatly appreciated. Would gladly recommend this property to my friends and hope to visit again sometime.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Very clean, modern and full of all the kit you need for a weeks holiday. Accessible to the town and train station which is brilliant for excursions along the coast. This property definitely lived up to expectations and the hosts were great too.

This villa is spectacular. Beautiful views, incredibly comfortable installations, and great architecture. The hosts Florian & Nicolas are equally great. Nicolas received us in person at the villa when we arrived and gave us a tour explaining every detail. I will definitely go back!

I really can’t recommend the villa, location and Florian & Nicolas’ service enough. The whole experience was perfect. The villa is absolutely beautiful, situated higher up with a view of the sea, and equipped with everything you need for your stay.

You will not be disappointed with this property. It is set on a slightly elevated position overlooking the sea and coast with lovely views. The decor is modern and stylish and of really good quality. The kitchen is really well equipped, there was nothing that we didn’t have . The bedrooms are also of a good size with two of them having sea views with very large windows. The host Nicolas waited to meet us there after we had a bit of delay . He still went through everything in detail. The outdoor space is really nice . Whilst the pool isn’t huge , it is still adequate and on most days very warm. There is great security there too with an alarm system and a gated area for a car. The location is also fantastic. You can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes where there are numerous bars and restaurants. Cannes is just a 15 minute drive with lots to do including many restaurants and bars. Nice is also just 30 minutes drive and is fantastic with many museums , a huge coastal beach and numerous bars and restaurants. The old town of Nice is especially nice with many shops and lanes to stop and have a drink on a hot day . I would highly recommend this property and location as it had everything that we wanted and more. Thank you Nicolas and Florian

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teens staying in this beautiful villa for a week. The view of the blue ocean from practically all rooms and patios is spectacular. Beyond the modern and well-kept house, the hosts Florian & Nicolas were professional, quick to respond and service minded. The location of the villa is really good; 7-10 minutes by foot to the beach and restaurants, and a short drive to many of Côte d'Azur's gems.
