    Florian et Nicolas sont des hôtes exceptionnels, tant pour leur réactivité que leur flexibilité, leurs conseils pour profiter des restaurants et autres activités. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La piscine et les extérieurs sont formidables. Nous avons profité de tous les espaces de la maison. Je recommande vivement. Il est essentiel d’avoir une voiture.

    To say that we were obsessed with this villa is an understatement! It was spacious, stunning, & exactly what we had hoped it to be! Florian was a great host! He communicated before & during our stay really well. Our family had the best time, we did not want to leave!! The lovely village is 10 minutes away, it’s super cute & we loved going there. The villa is in a great location, it’s within 2 hours of so many big cities there.

    The house is a traditional Med style with amazing views and lots of comfort, space and features. The terraces are great to relax, eat, drink etc. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook or prepare food. There is nothing to want. The living area is spacious and comfortable, the bedrooms all have bathrooms and best of all air conditioning (so good). You will need a car or bike to get to town for shopping etc. it's not in a middle of town neighborhood but then you probably aren't getting the views or ambience from that either! Everything worked (the movie screen requires some instruction but it's fine) and is in good condition. We loved the time at the pool, fresh and clean. The neighborhood is quiet at nights (which we liked). As a base to explore, we got to St Tropez, Theole, Cannes, Cap D'Antibes, Vence, Biot etc and there is so much to see within a max 2 hour drive (most were way shorter). The hosts were responsive and super courteous (the app works great). Superb!

    Tolle, grosszügige Villa mit super Aussicht! Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden inkl. tollem Grill. Klimatisierung in den Schlafzimmern ist super (leider keine in Wohnzimmer und Küche). Extrakinoraum mit grosser Leinwand und Beamer ist cool (leider TV in normalen Wohnzimmer etwas zu klein). Sehr schöner, grosser Garten rund ums Haus und grosser Pool (müsste wieder mal repariert werden, da viele Mosaiksteinchen gelöst waren). Besonders für viele Personen geeignet, da gross und 4 gleichwertige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad/Dusche. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, um eine gute Zeit in entspannter, 100% privater Atmosphäre zu haben! Unkomplizierte, freundliche Kommunikation mit Florian - merci!!

    We loved everything about the house. We stayed for two weeks. Very clean, minimalist without clutter. The view was beyond lovely. Every morning to sit out and look at the view was fantastic. Given the house is on the mountainside, the breeze was very nice during the summer. The AC in the bedrooms worked great. It was extremely pleasurable to walk through their gardens and orchard surrounding the house. To note, highly highly recommend having a rental car. Without one, it would be near impossible to enjoy Antibes unless you taxi or Uber literally everywhere. The check in and check out was superb and made everything very easy. The only negatives are: 1. The road entering into the house is narrow and locals drive quite dangerously. A major blind spot when exiting. Takes some getting used to (but you get there) 2. The master bedroom closet was not great. The master bedroom was below average. In summary, would recommend this adorable house to anyone. Wonderful

    We (3 couples) went there for a 4 night stay and 5 minutes after we walked in the house we all said: let’s extend our stay one more night! & I have to mention staying there an extra night meant our stay in Barcelona would be cut to 2 days! The house has an amazing view of Côte d’Azur and the city of Antibes. The birds chirping everyday gave it a peaceful vibe. The place itself is also gorgeous! Tasteful interior, full kitchen, big bedrooms with each bedroom having access to a balcony or the backyard/pool area, hence a nice view. This was especially important to us because we didn’t want one couple to have a great bedroom and another a mediocre one. There is a full laundry room which is also very handy. Parking for 3 cars on premises without blocking each other. Many more cars fit if they block each other. All in all a fantastic stay & we hope to be back soon.

    Absolutely stunning villa. A group of friends rented and were very content there for the weekend. Great amenities like fireplace, pizza oven, pool, cinema room, fully equipped kitchen and lots of space to sit outside and enjoy the sun, comfortable rooms and an all round great experience. Would recommend for a relaxing time with everything you need to enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. Florian was also a great and communicative host. I would recommend this villa and hosts, hope to return in the summer so we can make more use of the beautiful pool.
