We had a very comfortable stay at Florian and Nicolas’ place. It’s right in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood- plenty of bars and restaurants, close to the Croisette and the stairs leading up from the road will take you to a panoramic view of Cannes. The place itself is beautiful and self-sufficient. It’s a 50m climb up on cobbled streets up to the apartment so ladies may need to be careful with wearing heels. All in all - lovely.

Idéalement situé, on aurait pu penser être ennuyé par le bruit de la rue piétonne juste en bas de l’appartement avec les restaurants, mais pas du tout. L’isolation phonique est parfaite. Il ne nous manquait rien. Très bien équipé, très propre, très bonne literie. Hôte très réactif. C’était notre premier Airbnb, nous sommes ravis et nous reviendrons dans ce logement lors de notre prochaine venue à Cannes

Great flat close to everything — stayed for Cannes film festival so it was perfect for that. Very responsive host— washing machine worked (in the building). Only recommendation would be that if a guest stays for 2+ weeks, the mid way cleaning (they cleaned the sheets and towels half way through the stay) should also include replenishments of amenities like the coffee, toilet paper, paper towels. Aside from that one suggestion, everyone was great.

To our surprise, this airbnb was located on one of the best known streets of Cannes. This means that the location was great. The studio itself was very cosy and clean. There was no direct sunlight however, which is a little disappointing, but we were out for most of the day anyways. And nothing that a little lamp can't fix.

Carinissimo appartamento nel cuore Cannes. La casa è molto più grande rispetto alla media delle case presenti su Airbnb nella zona, perfetta per una o due persone, la cosa che mi è piaciuta di più sono i due grandi armadi dove puoi nascondere le valigie e non lasciarle in mezzo alla stanza!!. Servizio e pulizia top, sono venuti a cambiare i teli bagno e a pulire la casa, direi apprezzatissimo. Cucina piccola ma con tutto l'occorrente. Zona centralissima di Cannes, vicino al porto e alla Croisette, a 5 min dalle spiagge. Nonostante sia in una via centrale la casa è dotata di due finestre che riducono i rumori quasi fino a non sentire niente. Florian e Nicolas gentilissimi e super disponibili, ho avuto un problema con la doccia e il giorno dopo era già sistemato, comunicazione eccellente! Ci tornerò sicuramente, è la seconda volta che sto in una delle loro case e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Grazie di avermi ospitata!!

Bellissimo appartamento a due passi da tutto, arredato con gusto è pieno di piccoli accorgimenti come una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo, del sapone a disposizione in bagno per la doccia, non sono cose scontate, risposte immediate nel caso di necessità.. che dire, chi lavora bene è raro e va premiato!

We enjoyed our stay at Florian and Nicholas’s! The apartment is clean and in a great location on a bustling pedestrian only street that is filled with lively shops and restaurants. The apartment has sound proof windows which is great as you don’t hear the noisey street at night, but are still close to the action! It is a quick walk to the beach where you can swim and go for a walk along the water. The apartment is modern and perfect size for 2 people and there is great storage. The aircon was brilliant and appreciated during hot summer days! The hosts were responsive and helpful to questions and gave good recommendations such as the local markets which are amazing and only a 3 minute walk away. Thank you again Florian and Nicholas 😀

Lo studio di Florian e Nicolas è davvero un un gioiellino immerso nel Suquet della vecchia Cannes. La posizione è ottima sia per la vicinanza alla stazione, alla spiaggia e a due passi dalla movida cittadina. Pur essendo in una strada molto affollata e frequentata per i tanti locali e ristorantini è comunque perfettamente insonorizzato. Se ci fosse la possibilità ci tornerei sicuramente … lo consiglio a chi voglia fare una vacanza tranquilla e allo stesso tempo sfruttare la posizione per visitare un po’ tutta la Costa Azzurra.
