Il est situé au centre de la ville, ce qui est un avantage ; et la porte d’entrée qui nous y mène est facilement repérable depuis l’extérieur. Merci ! Nous conseillons vivement ce charmant Airbnb.

   The place was all we needed. Two empty nesters. Looking for a little time away. We stayed 8 nights. The location was fabulous. Easy access with simple instructions to find and get keys. The hosts were so responsive. We never met them. But we were in contact before we even checked. They answered some questions we had. DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. 💯💯💯. Thanks again for a remarkable experience.

   Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in eurem Airbnb. Die Lage war einfach perfekt - mitten im Herzen von Cannes und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Stränden entfernt. Wir konnten bequem die charmante Altstadt erkunden und waren von der malerischen Umgebung begeistert. Die Ausstattung eurer Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Besonders möchten wir uns für eure Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität bedanken. Unser Flug wurde kurzfristig annulliert, und ihr wart äußerst verständnisvoll und habt es uns ermöglicht, unseren Aufenthalt problemlos umzubuchen. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war das Bett, das für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart war. Aber wir verstehen, dass dies eine individuelle Präferenz ist und es kann nicht jedem recht gemacht werden. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in eurem Airbnb in Le Suquet wirklich großartig, und wir werden uns gerne daran zurückerinnern.

    Florian and Nicholas's studio is in the heart of Cannes and everything is litterally on your door step. I've been to Cannes several times but never stayed in such a great spot! At walking distance from several beaches, restaurants, shops, train station and port, from where you catch boats for escursions. The studio is well furnished with everything you will need for your stay. There are two sets of double glazed windows blocking out most of the noise coming from people dining in restaurants below and walking by. I am a fussy sleeper yet I've slept very well. The studio is of a generous size and for me the top ficture was a perfectly functioning and well needed air conditioning. Without it it would have been impossible to stay as outside temperatures ranged from 33 to 37C during my stay. F&N are superb hosts and their response was always immediate! I will certainly stay there again and I highly recommend it.

    Ho soggiornato 5 notti nell’appartamento (in due), pulito ordinato, ben ristrutturato è dotato di tutto quello che serve. Poco più grande di una camera d’albergo ma è perfetto come appoggio per girare Cannes a piedi. Si trova su una via piena di locali e ristoranti, ma le doppie finestre filtrano molto bene i rumori. Florian & Nicolas sono disponibili e veloci a rispondere a tutte le richieste. In generale consiglio vivamente l’alloggio!!

    Logement agréable et bien situé (à proximité du port). Néanmoins, l'environnement reste très bruyant. Le logement est adapté pour des personnes dont l'objectif principal n'est pas de se reposer. L'équipement est simple mais bien adapté pour un court séjour. Les hôtes sont très réactifs ce qui est agréable. La climatisation est fonctionnelle et l'appartement agréable dans son ensemble.

    Nothing but wonderful things to say about my time at Florian and Nicolas’s Airbnb. They were incredibly responsive hosts, very friendly, flexible with check-in, and provided all sort of recommendations for Cannes. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning unit worked beautifully, which is important for those visiting in the summer. And lastly - the location is stellar, right in the city center and surrounded by restaurants right outside the doorstep. Loved my stay there and would visit again without hesitation.

    Jolie studio dans un cadre agréable, avec un peu de bruit jusqu’à environ 2h du matin dû aux restaurants dehors, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé étant habitué au milieu urbain. Néanmoins niveau pratique, certaines prises ne fonctionnaient pas nous n’avons pas pu allumer certaines lampes. Globalement, c’est un studio agréable de vie malgré quelques petits défauts dû à sa taille qui ne sont pas pour autant très dérangeant et qui ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon week-end.

    Cet appartement est super et bien localisé. Les hôtes sont à l’écoute et au petit soin. Cependant quelques choses manquent dans la cuisine si on veut cuisiner : planche, bol, passoir… Un problème que nous avons également relevé, c’est l’absence d’eau froide dans la douche.

    We had an amazing stay. Florian and Nicolas was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we would have throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and tidy, and we were given towels, as well as soap and shampoo to use. If you are going to Cannes, I would definitely recommend to stay at this apartment.

    The studio is very charming and is everything and more than is described… Only more charming. If you wish to be in the center of town, then it would be hard to find a better location… Everything you will want to visit and enjoy in Cannes is just a few meters away, including le marché, dozens of boutiques, restaurants, boulangeries, the beaches, etc. the hosts are very responsive, check-in is very easy, and the studio is newly renovated and very comfortable, although small as described. Take note that it does have air conditioning, which is a very big plus for the summer. (I recommend one does not take an apartment without air conditioning…) Ask the hosts for extra towels… We were provided two towels, for two people for four days which was completely insufficient and not commensurate for the price we paid or commensurate to the quality of the studio, and when we asked, they said that is all they provide. I come to Cannes 1-2 times a year and I would stay there again… I’m sure the hosts will re-think their towel strategy ;)

    Très bel appartement ! Situé en plein coeur d'une rue très vivante (grands restaurants, bar, petits commerces, etc.). A proximité d'un très grand marché (fruits légumes, viandes, poissons). il y a juste à descendre la rue pour être au port. Il est juste à côté de plusieurs parkings (exemple : ferrage meynadier) mais aussi de la gare et des arrêts de bus. A seulement quelques mètres de la plage, l'appartement est situé en plein coeur de Cannes. Je le recommande fortement. Nous sommes tombées tout de suite amoureuse du cadre : très typique et très vacances ! Il est propre, climatisé et tout équipé (fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, gel douche, serviettes, clim, etc.). Il est très bien décoré et moderne. Idéal pour des vacances en couple ou avec un(e) ami(e). Il est fortement probable que je revienne !
