    Thanks for the great stay in Cannes! Perfect apartment for us to "escape" the busy Croisette during MIPIM. Florian & Nicolas were always very responsive and friendly. Absolutely recommend this apartment and will book again for our next stay in Cannes.

    Florian and Nicola’s apartment was beautiful. They were very responsive and it had everything we needed. The balcony was big with very comfortable seating and a beautiful sea view. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone.

    Florian nous a très bien accueilli lors de notre séjour et a été très réactif. L'appartement est très bien situé avec accès à pied a la plage et aux restaurants à proximité. Le logement est très moderne et extrêmement bien équipé. La présence d'un garage souterrain est un gros point positif, je le recommande pour un séjour à Cannes

    My stay at Florian & Nicolas’s was fantastic. It was in the perfect location: a block from the beach with grocery / restaurants / bars around the corner. It’s a 10 min walk to palm club and less to Baoli if you want some Cannes nightlife. The space was clean and the air conditioning was the best I’ve experienced in France so far! Everything is light, bright and comfortable. I will miss waking up to the ocean view and sipping wine from the patio. Thanks for an amazing stay, Florian & Nicolas :)

    Beautiful modern apartment in very well maintained condition in wonderful location on the Pointe Croisette peninsula, 1 minute walk to the beach Moure Rouge. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the sea. and on its spacious balcony wonderful morning sun. We felt very comfortable and look forward to our next stay.

    Smesta se nalazi na odlicnoj lokaciji... 15 min pesaka od centra i starog grada... Moja porodica i ja smo uzivali u šetnji do tamo duz obale, svima preporucujem da ne koriste prevoz da bi dosli do La Croisette jer bi mogli da propuste prelepi dozovljaj zalaska sunca, koji posmatran sa La Croisette ima posebnu čar... Odseli smo u apartmanu sa dvoje dece i sasvim je komotan za cetvoroclanu porodicu... Ima sve sto je potrebno od posudja i opreme za boravak od par dana.. Malo vise peskira ne bi bilo na odmet jer se zbog velike vlaznosti vazduha peskiri tesko suse čak i napolju... Zgrada se nalazi u mirnom delu grada, sa terase se, izmedju dve zgrade vidi more sto mi se posebno svidelo.. Sve je bilo odlično. Cannes i Nizza su prelepi... ❤️

    L'appartement de Florian&Nicolas est exactement comme sur la description. Très bien placé, à proximité des plages, environ 2 minutes à pieds de marche. L'endroit est calme et paisible, les couchages sont spacieux. Aucune mauvaise surprise et la terrasse est vraiment un plus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

    L'appartamento è molto bello e confortevole, curato nei piccoli dettagli. E' situato in una zona residenziale molto silenziosa. Dal terrazzo si vede il mare: veramente un dono! Florian e Nicolas sono gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente consiglierei un soggiorno presso il loro appartamento

    The service from Nicolas & Florian was great. Everything went smoothly and perfectly. The apartment is beautiful - clean, well maintained and perfectly located for those who want to be quickly on the Croisette and at the beach.... Supermarket, pharmacy, beach restaurants - everything is within walking distance. The photos show exactly what you will find. The apartment (and especially the bedroom) is quite small - and therefore perfect for couples or for a family with a small child. If you want to share it with colleagues during the film festival or Cannes Lions, you should know each other well... Because there is hardly any privacy. But you can sleep on the sofas also quite well. The apartment is perfectly equipped. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (helped us a lot on the hot days!), a new washing machine, dishwasher, coffee makers, etc - everything is there. And you can also sit nicely on the balcony and have a small view of the sea from there. At night the area is very quiet. And for late risers there are blinds that darken everything. Simply a nice place to relax or just for participants of the festivals (the WLAN also works perfectly!).

    Good and tidy place for 1-2 people not far from the Croisette (you do need a bit of walking to reach centre of Cannes). Wish there was a cafe or restaurant closer (maybe there was and I didn’t realise). Visited during MIPIM so great value for money during that period. No complaints from hosts and the apartment had everything I needed except an espresso machine.

    Super bon accueil dès notre arrivé ! Florian et Nicolas sont à votre disposition pour toutes questions, super ! L’appartement est très bien placé avec une vu sur la mer et à 30 seconde la plage, parfait. L’appartement est très complet au niveau des équipements (lave linge, lave vaisselle, drap, serviette, parasol, savon douche, grande place de garage en sous sol sécurisé...) Un séjour inoubliable à Cannes !
