This is now the second year in a row that we have stayed in this property, as a group of colleagues, for the Cannes Yachting Festival. Each year, with different team members, the property has been catered for all our needs. The private rooms, each with its own bathroom make it really easy. The kitchen is really well equipped, for those nights we didn't want to go back out after a long day at the show. We will definitely look to book again for next year!

Amazing villa with a super convenient location. Walking distance to the waterfront where we had our boat pick us up, and walking distance to the best club in town - yet in a gated community so it was quiet and felt very safe. Florian and Nocolas were so responsive and communicated everything very clearly. I'd love to come back with my friends for another weekend trip and stay at the same place! Thank you so much for being amazing hosts!

Wir waren wegen einer Preisverleihung mit dem kompletten Team in Cannes und waren mit dem Haus wirklich sehr zufrieden. Alle Angaben stimmen, Ausstattung und Lage sind perfekt. Zum Palais läuft man ca 25 Minuten an der Promenade entlang, was den Tag schon schön beginnen lässt.

Had a really great stay at the Villa. Location was amazing a stones throw to the port with some great restaurants & bars. We were a group of 9 friends and there was loads of space for us; the pool was great to have but would recommend mosquito spray when in this area. Early check in and late check out was really appreciated. Highly recommend a stay here.

I booked this house for a group of colleagues attending a conference in Cannes. Florian was a wonderful host--super attentive, responsive whenever I needed anything, and happy to come by if asked. The house is super well equipped and very quiet and secluded feeling. Located on a private gated road, it had space for a car, a full security system, outfitted kitchen, and even a sauna and cinema room. Each room having its own bathroom also made it very suitable for a group of colleagues sharing the space. The indoor-outdoor feel of the space was really great, too. We loved that we could open up the entire wall of the living area. I would definitely recommend this home and Florian to anyone looking for a large space in Cannes near to downtown but with a little extra privacy!

We stayed in this beautiful and modern home for several days in mid October. Florian met us and thoroughly showed us around the house, quickly explaining all the details. My father and my 3 children all enjoyed the modern furnishings and the spacious feel of the home, and the pool was an extra perk! Nothing was out of place, it was very clean and there was even a few supplies for the morning coffee. The promenade was a great place for a run and also many restaurants and designer stores were within walking distance. The easy parking was a key item since we made several day trips from the house. At check out, Florian's team met us and were quick to look everything over before we departed.

We had an incredible stay at this villa and would definitely come back. The villa has everything and is as-advertised. We made great use of the cinema room, the sauna and hot tub, and even the pool in December, as the hosts were kind enough to have it heated for us. Every bedroom has its own bathroom either en suite or just next door, so this is a perfect place for a big family or a group of friends or professionals. The kitchen is top-notch with everything you need. We had visited Cannes before, and we enjoyed this area much more than where we have been before. While this villa is a slightly longer walk to the main downtown, it is much nicer to spend time in. Very quiet, very close to really nice beaches and beach walks, and the big petanque park right around the corner was spectacular. Some good restaurants, grocery stores, butcher, and bakeries in easy walking distance. When we come back to Cannes, we will definitely try to stay in this villa. The hosts were super nice and went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay.

My family and I (5 adults, 2 children) had a great time at Florian & Nicolas house. They provided everything we needed for the children (2 cots & 1 baby seat, even a stairwell gaurd). The guys were great at communication and very quick to reply. All of the bedrooms were excellent in size and most have on suite facilities. The property is in a great location for the beach & local amenities. And very secure, safe to leave your belongings in. A very pleasant 20 minute walk along the beach front right in to the centre of town. Or a 1.50 euro bus ride (only 5 mins). For the adults having a Sauna, Hot tub, Heated pool & cinema room this is a real must! Beware of mostquitos though! Due to the pool there are alot around. Bring some DEET with you to keep them away!

Cela fait la 3 ème fois que l'on réserve cette villa, et nous reviendrons encore. Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour. On s'y sent tellement bien que l'on a l'impression d'être chez nous. Les équipements sont complets, les chambres bien équipées. Piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, grande salle TV, à 2 pas de la mer. L'equipe d'accueil est vraiment à l'écoute et disponible. Merci Florian.
