La qualité générale des prestations est très bonne, l'emplacement top, mais la taille et la hauteur sous plafond sont des points à souligner. L’appartement est assez petit, à l’image de l’évier de la salle de bain, où je ne pouvais pas me brosser les dents, ayant les coudes dans les murs et la parois de la douche ou des wc. Par contre la douche est super, très très grande, et ça c’est un vrai plus. Le couchage du canapé lit est moyen, mais difficile de demander mieux, et ça n’a pas gêné ma fille qui est fluette, mais j’aurais été bien en peine d’y dormir. Le couchage de la chambre est très correct, par contre l’isolation phonique est assez faible et on entend bcp la circulation dès le matin (ou la pluie et le vent en cas de tempête) L’équipement est très bien, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour court, mais dans la cuisine on a la tête dans le plafond (je fais 1m80). L’appartement n’est vraiment pas idéal quand on est grand ou nombreux, mais super séjour malgré cet inconvénient

La posizione è ideale per spostarsi a piedi anche verso Cannes antica dove si trova un castello e una chiesa molto belli. L'appartamento corrispondeva alle fotografie. Would highly recommend staying here. There was only 2 of us and I would say it can definitely fit 4 people but it might just be a tight squeeze for everyone! So if you are a group of 4 and don’t mind that then def stay here.

Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte in dieser wundervollen Wohnung. Sie hat alles gehalten, was versprochen wurde. Sie ist zwar klein, aber mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet, dass das gar nicht mehr auffällt. Der Hafen und das Zentrum sind zu Fuss innert kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Durch die Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselbox ist die Anreise sehr entspannt. Eine wirklich süsse Wohnung, die sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Florian and Nicolas were very responsive and gave us recommendations. The apartment was in a very central location, merely a short stroll away from the centre. Please note that the apartment is situated on the top floor, requiring an elevator ride followed by a flight of stairs, so be prepared accordingly. The house was clean, and the amenities matched the description but there was a cockroach which made us feel somewhat uneasy. While I am unsure of its frequency, it was a minor drawback to an otherwise pleasant stay. In addition, we had communicated our intention to depart around 10 a.m., but at precisely 10 a.m., while we were still inside, the cleaner opened the door without knocking, prompting us to leave swiftly. Perhaps we should have provided a more specific departure time. We recommend communicating a specific departure time with the host to ensure a more comfortable departure.

Florian es un excelente anfitrión, estuvo muy dispuesto y como detalle tiene una carpeta con datos útiles como teléfonos, restos y que ver!! Nos recibió con cafe y te. Las vistas desde las ventanas son hermosas. El barrio es tranquilo y abajo tiene un mercado, panadería y demás comercios . Esta ahí nomas del centro, y tiene un parking cerca. Nos encanto hospedarnos ahí, tiene encanto francés!! Sin dudas iríamos de nuevo y lo recomendamos!!!

The only downside is that the toilet area is very small, with the door closed your feet touch the door. Not a big deal but maybe important for some.

While we fell in love with this space, it was overall disappointing. It is apparent that it needs maintenance and some love. First, the positives – * Perfect location; 5 min walk from the train station / to the beach and right up the street from Copenhagen Coffee Lab, an excellent café with friendly staff * The layout of the space was very cool, you’re on the top floor and the ceiling is sculpted accordingly. The views out of the windows are very nice and they let in a lot of daytime sunlight * All basic appliances are available for cooking * The shower was excellent and the rainfall head had good pressure. Very relaxing * Our hosts were very friendly and responsive and were flexible with check-in/check-out which made our departure extremely stress-free ... As far as what needs improvement, we arrived to a strong odor of cigarettes that wouldn’t go away even after opening the windows for hours. It seemed to be embedded in the fabric. Some of the amenities did not work, there were burnt-out lightbulbs which made our comfort require some effort. While it is a difficult time for travel and upkeep, we think it’s important to maintain the space out of fairness to future renters.

Il est très pratique pour des visites à pied. La déco est moderne et design. Florian et Nicolas étaient très gentils et réactifs au téléphone. Ma fille et son copain ont passé un très bon weekend à Cannes. Seuls bémols: Ma fille trouve qu'Il faisait froid dans l'appartement même avec le chauffage allumé. (Elle est habituée à la température autour de 21°. L'appartement est peut-être difficile à chauffer car il est sous le toit au dernier étage.) Il n'y avait que 2 feuilles de sopalin restantes sur le rouleau et un petit essuie-main, ce qui n'était pas assez pour 2 personnes pour un séjour de 2 nuits.

De plus tout était parfaitement propre à mon arrivée et ça sentait super bon à l'intérieur, ça fait vraiment plaisir de tomber sur un tel logement sur la plateforme. Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut au niveau des équipements. Florian et Nicolas sont également très réactifs et répondent rapidement à la moindre sollicitation. Je n'ai aucune critique négative à émettre et recommande vivement ce logement !!

L'appartement est conforme au description. Parfait pour 4 personnes. Sa.localisation est excellente. À 10 min à pied de la croisette et la plage, et à 5min de la vielle ville et la gare. Aucun problème pour le stationnement, parking juste derrière l'immeuble et transport publique juste en face de l'immeuble. Plusieurs commerces à proximité. J'ai adoré notre séjour et recommande ce logement.

Die Unterkunft von Florian & Nicolas war perfekt für den Aufenthalt in Cannes! Die Wohnung ist im 4.OG (mit Aufzug bis in den 3.OG) in einer super Lage. Man ist in Ca. 3-5 min. Fußweg am Strand, sowie am Bahnhof und hat einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parkplätze sind eher schwer zu finden, aber direkt um die Ecke befindet sich das Parkhaus Vauban, also gibt es hier auch keine Schwierigkeiten. Die Kommunikation hat mit Florian auf Englisch stattgefunden. Er war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Selbst bei unserer verspäteten Anreise hat er uns das Selbst-Check-in angeboten. Bei Fragen war Florian immer verfügbar und konnte weiterhelfen. Die Wohnung sieht tatsächlich genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern (klein aber fein) und ist von der Größe ausreichend für zwei Personen. Ein großes Plus: die Klimaanlage und die Waschmaschine. Cannes und alle umliegenden Städte sind für einen Sommerurlaub ideal! Florian als Gastgeber und die Wohnung sind also zu empfehlen. Danke noch einmal!

Florian a été très réactif dans tous les échanges que nous avons eu. L’appartement est mignon et propre. Super localisation, à proximité de tout. Un parking payant juste derrière l’immeuble, cher si vous restez un moment (32€ pour 2 jours plein) mais vraiment pratique car à côté. Soucis avec la clim le dernier soir, Florian a été réactif dans l’échange, cela ne nous gênant pas pour la nuit il devait prévoir les réparations.

Had a fabulous stay at Florian and Nicholas's apartment. The accomodation was very close to the train station and the restaurants near by. The check in and check out process was easy with constant communication with hosts. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to travelers abroad!
